TASAWORAT Webzine

TASAWORAT Logo with Link

Since October 2022, the TASAWORAT Webzine is on open space for publishing on contemporary art from and in the SWANA region. Publisher and chief-editor is Bettina Pelz.

The TASAWORAT Webzine started as the experimental publishing platform of the TASAWAR CURATORIAL STUDIOS, a one-year curatorial study program hosted by the GOETHE-INSTITUT in Tunis. The regional project linked the GOETHE-INSTITUTE in Amman, Rabat, Riyadh, and Tunis to qualify and to diversify the curatorial practice of contemporary art in the SWANA region.

MOMENTUM CURATORIAL PROGRAM

Since 2025, the MOMENTUM CURATORIAL PROGRAM has been a learning environment by ZAKHAM, the non-profit organization for Contemporary Culture in Tunis. The hybrid learning environment featured public art projects in the SWANA region. Bettina Pelz and Aymen Gharbi direct the program.

TASAWAR CURATORIAL STUDIOS

From 2019 — 2022, the TASAWAR CURATORIAL STUDIOS were a post-graduade study program by GOETHE-INSTITUT Tunis. The hybrid learning environment featured public art projects in the SWANA region. The program was developed and directed by Bettina Pelz.
